According to the results of the next ranking Webometrics Ranking of World's Universities, which determines the performance of universities presence on the Internet, East Ukrainian National University named after Volodymyr Dahl was the only higher education institution Luhansk, which entered the top 20 Ukrainian universities.

In 2013, the international rating Webometrics included more than 21,000 universities around the world. In the overall ranking Dahl University improved its performance, rising from 2,530 seats to 2528. And nationally - ranked twentieth place among 311 analyzed Ukrainian universities, beating other Luhansk universities.

Note that in the last five years, the ranking performance East Ukrainian National University increased significantly. In 2009, Dahl University ranked 5590 among universities of the world, and in 2013 - improved the results of more than three thousand points. In the last four editions of Webometrics East Ukrainian National University is a Top-20 Ukrainian universities.
