Students of East-Ukrainian National University named after Volodymyr Dahl invited to participate in the Fifth Jubilee regional beauty contest "Miss Lugansk - 2013."

The competition is the Youth NGO "Union of Students SPC" supported by the Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of the Luhansk Regional State Administration and Lugansk Regional Center for Youth Initiatives and Social Studies.

The competition is open to girls aged 14 to 25 years. Physical parameters (height and weight) to the west is marked. The competition is held in three stages: selection, casting and final. Finals will be held March 28, 2013. Contestants will compete for the crown in six contests: "Introduction," "Raisin pm", "bikini", "Interview", "Skills", "Defile".

The winner is determined by the largest sum of points in all competitions. The main category of the competition "Miss Lugansk - 2013", "Vice-Miss Lugansk - 2013", "Second Vice-Miss Lugansk - 2013." The winners in the categories defined on the basis of the final contest in accordance with points that have contestants from all jury. All participants finals competition award diplomas, certificates and valuable gifts.
